Sir, I am on a network which uses a proxy server to connect to the internet. My computer is a client computer on the network. The server proxy allows us to connect to the internet only during certain period. However if i start a download during this period, it doesn't stop even after the time is up on proxy server. No browser or application is able to connect now to the internet.
