I needed to replace all the windows in my house and had a couple of bids done, then decided to go with Lighthouse Windows. I had read some of the negative reviews and was a little concerned but I am sure glad that I did go with these guys! I have been doing deep remodeling on my fixer upper for the last year and have worked with tons of contractors, etc and these guys were probably the cleanest installation and efficient with their work, I was very pleased!

The guys were also really polite and nice. So, I have looked at what some of the negative reviews are saying and I do agree that I had to follow up on some stuff that normally I would expect the company to do, but it was pretty minor and we live in Santa Cruz, this is a laid back beach community! I never got bothered by anything, I just followed up and they always came thru and they were always very nice. When it was all said and done, I had a fair price, beautiful and perfectly installed windows, and I am very happy!
